TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Ecoverde Farms. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and the purchase of our agricultural products, including vegetables, fruits, herbs, and hydroponic plants. By engaging with us or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Product Availability and Quality
As we deal with live plants and fresh produce:

  • Seasonality: Availability of specific vegetables, fruits, and herbs is subject to seasonal growth cycles and harvest conditions.
  • Natural Variation: Customers acknowledge that fresh produce may vary in size, shape, and color. Images provided in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes.
  • Hydroponic Plants: Live hydroponic plants are sold with the understanding that their continued health depends on the care provided by the buyer after delivery.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations. Orders are considered confirmed only after we have acknowledged them via phone, email, or messaging. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery: We aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe; however, delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Recipient Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive fresh produce at the time of delivery to prevent spoilage.
  • Pickup: Customers opting for pickup must do so at our designated location during operating hours.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Complaints regarding quality must be made immediately upon receipt or within 4 hours of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for fresh produce once it has been accepted by the customer.
  • For hydroponic plants, replacements are only considered if the plant is found to be diseased or damaged at the exact time of turnover.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ecoverde Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the consumption or use of our products if they have been stored or handled improperly by the customer after delivery.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
